Dear friends of the PakTurkFile,

Our efforts to write and tell the 25-year history of PakTurk Schools in Pakistan, of which you were the witnesses and builders, continue. This history needs to be conveyed to the future as thorough and intact. It also needs to be proclaimed far and wide.

This is why, we look forward to your support for our upcoming ‘second social media campaign’. You do not need to have spent years in Pakistan to provide support in this regard; it’s enough for you to have been there even for a minute or forged some kind of bond with Allama Muhammad Iqbal’ homeland.

WHAT WILL WE DO?

• Our campaign will start on Monday, August 16 at 8:00 PM Pakistan Time and will last for 2 weeks.

• We will share Turkish and English messages with the hashtags #PakistandanBendeKalan and #WhatsLeftofPakistaninMe respectively from PakTurkFile’s social media accounts, especially between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM every day.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

• You can like, share or comment on messages sent from the PakTurkFile social media accounts.

• You can share your original messages from your personal social media accounts using the given Turkish and English hashtags.

PLEASE NOTE

• As can be understood from the hashtags, we expect you to describe in one or two short sentences what you have of Pakistan as a memory. Your social media posts can include poetry, aphorisms, friends, neighbours, school, students, cuisine, memories, and the like.
